Providing loans and vocational formation in/through the Church in Greater Austin

Kingdom Capital Network

Community development through low-interest loans to small businesses in low-income communities & vocational formation in/through the Church in Greater Austin.

According to the BBB, 68% of dollars spent in small businesses stay within the regional community, over half of all small businesses donate to charity (with 90% of those businesses donating to local causes), and small businesses create two-thirds of all new jobs. An effort through local churches to support small businesses through affordable financing not

only tangibly provides needed relief, but also but long-term community investment and development in Jesus’ name. In addition to community development, latent in this initiative are opportunities for deepening an understanding of the intersection of work and faith and bolstering the witness of the Church in a unique way.
